We manage a nation-wide service network, but we have the potential and expertise to administer the same on a Europe-wide level, due to our exceptionally efficient logistics and cargo system we developed throughout the years and which enables quick deliveries even at maximum capacities.

The work of the service personnel is supported by our self-developed service management software (STM - Service Team Manager), which enables us to track the status of each and every one of the recorded devices in any given moment. Every damage report can be uploaded to the central system through the DRS (Damage Report System) in a matter of minutes, where they are processed immediately.
